H2m1 Terms and Conditions – Platform Rights, Responsibilities & Rules

1. Introduction & Acceptance of Terms

This Terms and Conditions document ("Terms") governs the relationship between you ("Player" or "User") and h2m1 ("Platform", "We"). These Terms take effect from the moment you register an account or first access any part of the h2m1 platform.

H2m1 is an online casino entertainment platform offering a wide range of casino games, sports betting, number wagering, and live casino. We operate to meet the needs of players in Malaysia and provide services in Bahasa Malaysia.

These terms constitute a legally binding agreement between you and h2m1. We recommend you keep a copy of this document for future reference. The latest version of these Terms is always available on this page.

2. Eligibility & Account Registration

To register and use the h2m1 platform, you must meet the following requirements:

• Must be at least 18 years old at the time of registration.
• Legally capable of entering into a binding agreement.
• Not on an active self-exclusion list.
• Not registering on behalf of or for the benefit of any third party.

During registration, you are required to provide accurate, complete, and up-to-date information. False or incomplete information may result in your account being suspended or closed, and any associated wins may be forfeited.

One Account Only: Each individual is permitted to register only one account at h2m1. Holding more than one account — even under different names, devices, IP addresses, or payment methods — is a serious violation of these terms. h2m1 reserves the right to close all duplicate accounts and forfeit any associated balances and wins without prior notice.

KYC (Know Your Customer) verification is mandatory for all accounts prior to the first withdrawal. You will be required to submit valid identification documents such as MyKad, passport, or relevant documents for identity verification.

3. Deposits & Withdrawals

All financial transactions on h2m1 are conducted in Malaysian Ringgit (MYR). Our platform supports the following payment methods: FPX (internet banking), Touch 'n Go eWallet, GrabPay, Boost eWallet, direct bank transfer, and debit/credit cards.

Deposits:

• The minimum deposit is RM 10 for most payment methods.
• H2m1 does not charge any fees for deposits.
• Deposits via FPX and e-wallets are credited instantly.
• Manual bank transfers are processed within 5 to 15 minutes.
• Deposits must be made using a payment method in the player's own name.

Withdrawals:

• The minimum withdrawal is RM 30 per transaction.
• Withdrawals may only be made to a bank account or e-wallet in the player's own name.
• Withdrawals to third-party accounts are not permitted under any circumstances.
• Withdrawal processing times range from 15 minutes to 4 hours depending on the chosen method and time of request.
• H2m1 reserves the right to request additional supporting documents before processing high-value withdrawals.
• Withdrawals will not be processed until the associated bonus rollover requirements have been fully met.

H2m1 is not responsible for any delays caused by banks or third-party payment providers. If your withdrawal has not been received after the specified period, please contact our support team with your transaction details.

4. Bonuses & Promotions

H2m1 offers a variety of bonuses and promotions for both new and existing members. All bonuses are subject to rollover requirements and specific rules stated on the Promotions page.

• Rollover Requirement: All bonuses carry a rollover requirement that must be met before withdrawals are permitted. Rollover conditions typically range from 10x to 30x depending on the bonus type.
• Validity Period: Each bonus has a set validity period. Bonuses not used within that period will expire automatically.
• One Active Bonus at a Time: Only one active bonus is permitted at a time unless otherwise stated in the relevant bonus terms.
• Wagering Limit During Bonus: While a bonus rollover requirement is active, the maximum single bet is capped at RM 50 or 10% of the bonus value received, whichever is lower.
• Excluded Games: Certain games may not count or may count at a different rate toward bonus rollover calculations. Please refer to the respective bonus terms.

H2m1 reserves the right to modify, suspend, or terminate any promotion at any time without prior notice. Any attempt to abuse the bonus system — including registering multiple accounts to claim bonuses repeatedly — will result in account closure and forfeiture of wins.

5. Game Rules

All games offered at h2m1 must be played in accordance with the rules established for each game. The outcome of each game is final and may not be disputed except in cases of verifiable technical error.

H2m1 uses a certified Random Number Generator (RNG), verified by an independent testing body, for all algorithm-based games. For live casino, all rounds are physically conducted by real dealers and are fully recorded.

• Wins will be automatically credited to the player's account once the round is complete.
• Any technical errors that occur during gameplay will be voided and bets will be returned.
• If a game is interrupted before completion due to a technical issue on h2m1's end, the wager will be fully refunded.
• In the event of a discrepancy between the game display on screen and the server records, the h2m1 server records shall be final.

Any attempt to exploit technical vulnerabilities, use automation software, bots, or other methods to gain an unfair advantage is strictly prohibited and will result in immediate account closure.

6. Account Security

You are solely responsible for maintaining the security of your h2m1 account. This includes keeping your password and login credentials confidential from all parties, including family members.

• Do not share your password or account details with anyone.
• Enable two-factor authentication (2FA) for added protection.
• Log out of your account after each session, especially when using a shared device.
• Notify h2m1 immediately if you suspect your account has been accessed without authorisation.

H2m1 will never ask for your password through any communication channel. If you receive such a request, it is a phishing attempt and you should report it to our support team immediately.

H2m1 is not liable for any losses resulting from unauthorized access to your account caused by your own negligence or actions.

7. Privacy & Data Protection

H2m1 takes every member's privacy seriously. All personal information you provide during registration and use of the platform is collected, stored, and processed in accordance with our Privacy Policy, available at Privacy Policy page.

Your personal data is used solely for the following purposes:

• Identity verification and KYC process.
• Processing of deposits and withdrawals.
• Account and service-related communications.
• Compliance with applicable legal requirements.
• Platform improvements and user experience enhancements.

H2m1 does not sell, lend, or transfer players' personal data to third parties for marketing purposes. Your data is protected with 256-bit SSL encryption and stored on secure servers.

8. Account Suspension & Closure

H2m1 reserves the right to suspend or close a player's account under the following circumstances:

• Violation of any part of these Terms and Conditions.
• Fraud, document forgery, or providing false information.
• Holding more than one active account.
• Abuse of the bonus or promotion system.
• Suspected money laundering activity.
• Use of bots, automation software, or unfair methods in gameplay.
• Self-exclusion requests submitted by the player.

In cases of account suspension due to fraud or serious violations, h2m1 reserves the right to forfeit the account balance and all pending winnings. h2m1's decision in such matters is final.

You may also close your account at any time by contacting the h2m1 support team. Prior to closure, all active rollover requirements will be cancelled along with any associated bonuses, and any remaining cash balance may be withdrawn.

9. Limitation of Liability

The h2m1 platform is provided "as is" without any express or implied warranties regarding the accuracy, completeness, or availability of services at any time.

• H2m1 is not liable for any direct, indirect, incidental, or consequential losses arising from the use of the platform.
• H2m1 does not guarantee that the platform will always be available without interruption. Scheduled and unscheduled maintenance may cause the platform to be temporarily inaccessible.
• H2m1 is not liable for any losses arising from delays or failures on the part of banks or third-party payment providers.
• Players acknowledge that gambling involves the risk of financial loss and h2m1 is not responsible for any individual player's gambling outcomes.

In all circumstances, h2m1's maximum liability to any player is limited to the net deposit amount made by that player within the 30 days prior to the claim being raised.

10. Amendments to Terms & Governing Law

H2m1 reserves the right to modify, add to, or remove any part of these Terms and Conditions at any time. Changes take effect as soon as they are published on this page. Continued use of the platform after changes are published constitutes acceptance of the amended terms.

It is your responsibility to review this page periodically to ensure you are always aware of the latest version of the Terms and Conditions. h2m1 will endeavour to notify players of significant changes via in-platform notifications.
